Step 1 |

White gold nuggets are placed in a crucible, which is made of eggshell and can withstand extreme heat. |

Using a Melting torch, the white gold is then melted. |

The white gold is then poured into an ingot. |

The white gold is taken out of the ingot and is ready to be worked with. |

The white gold bar is rolled in a rolling mill to get the desired shape and size. (As seen on picture 7) |

Overview of all the components that are used to make the desired piece of jewellery. |
Step 8 - 12 |

The gold is then bent, cut, sized, hammered and manufactured to achieve the different shapes needed to complete the piece of jewellery. |
Step 13 - 14 |
|
All the gold components are soldered together and stamped to indicate the type of metal. The diamond is then set into the claws of the ring. |
Step 15 |
|
The ring is polished to create a shiny finish. |
Step 16 - 17 |
|
The ring is completed and ready for the client. |
